We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Manufacturing Associate to join our dynamic production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the efficient operation of machinery, the assembly of products, and ensuring quality standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production machinery according to company standards.
• Assemble and inspect products, ensuring they meet quality specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following safety protocols.
• Perform routine checks on equipment and report any malfunctions to the supervisor.
• Package and label products accurately for shipment.
• Assist with inventory management, including stocking raw materials and maintaining production records.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.
• Ability to operate or learn to operate machinery safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
