Avenues Recovery Center is a nationwide network of drug and alcohol treatment centers with 18 locations across 8 states. We provide evidence-based, individualized care across the full continuum of services, including detox, residential, PHP, IOP , and outpatient treatment.

We are currently hiring Mental Health Therapists/Substance Abuse Counselors for our Detox and Residential treatment facility in Aurora, CO .

What You'll Do:

• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Facilitate individual, group, family, and couples therapy
• Manage clinical services and aftercare planning for assigned caseload
• Prevent, intervene, and de-escalate during crisis situations
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of progress, risks, and interventions
• Collaborate with the Clinical Director, multidisciplinary treatment team, and
  families
• Model recovery-centered values including ethics, accountability, dignity, and
  respect

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field
• Active Colorado licensure or certification (LPCC, LPC, LSW, LCSW, CAS, CAC III,
  ADDC, etc.)
• Strong clinical judgment, observation, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and strict confidentiality
• Experience in substance use disorder, mental health, or co-occurring disorders
  preferred
